About Us

Thank you for your interest in Premiere Rehab Group, LLC. Our team is dedicated to creating a unique sales platform for rehab therapy clinics.

We're very proud of the relationships that we've established with our therapy partners. The fact that PRG's founder, Richard Hoffman, is himself a therapy partner is key. The partners and team members at PRG are focused on maintaining your trust and confidence through total transparency and constant engagement and communication with you. We are especially honored that our clinic owners have referred so many of their friends and peers to us. We look forward to making lasting relationships with every clinic owner we meet, regardless of whether or not we ultimately conclude a transaction.

Dedicated to excellence

The PRG team is made up of professionals with years of clinical, legal and financial expertise in the healthcare and therapy industry. In addition to owning numerous clinics himself, Richard Hoffman has served as a trusted advisor to therapy clinic owners all over the country, and is a frequent speaker at national conferences.  PRG's Management Board, consisting of Richard Hoffman, Dave Menkhaus and  Mark Padgett, differentiates itself with its therapy industry experience, healthcare transactional experience, network of professional therapy contacts and sector knowledge.  It is our goal to share our expertise with therapy clinic owners to explore potential transactions with financial sponsors and strategic buyers as a way to protect and enhance our collective futures in the outpatient therapy industry, and to do so in a manner that benefits all members in a completely equitable manner.

Experienced leadership in the field

PRG's founder, Richard Hoffman, and his team at Rehab Medical Billing Services (RMBS) are committed to advancing the interests of PRG and its partners. RMBS founded in 2004, has employees with extensive experience in the field of outpatient physical therapy. Driven to constantly improve their knowledge and the services they provide, Rich's RMBS team frequently attends conferences and society meetings to learn about the latest advancements and trends in the field of outpatient physical therapy.  RMBS will now offer these techniques and technologies to PRG's therapy clinic owners. In all of these ways and more, PRG is able to provide its group members with the highest level of support and expertise.

The importance of having the right partners

PRG's goal is to aggregate through an MSO model therapy clinic owners having $1 - $5 million of combined EBITDA within a targeted geographical area, integrate certain key operating functions, and then partner the consolidated entity with either a financial sponsor (ie, a private equity firm) or a strategic buyer (ie, a very large outpatient therapy company).  We believe that the key principle to achieve PRG's goals is that every participating owner must feel that he/she is being treated fairly. There are no "handcuffs" or penalties involved in being a PRG member. If a clinic owner no longer wants to be part of the PRG group, there is a way to exit. Allocation of economic benefits is calculated based on each clinic's EBITDA and is completely transparent. No one gets a better deal than anyone else in the PRG group, but the benefit of being a PRG group member is obvious, as "All boats will rise with the tide."
